The BAPCO Annual Conference and Exhibition took place on the 21st-23rd April 2009 at the Business Design Centre Islington.
The BAPCO conference is designed specifically for communications professionals involved in the provision and use of communications and information management technologies in civil contingency and emergency incidents to exchange ideas, experience and knowledge.
